Doesn’t "Complimentary" means Free? Another one, why is the shipping cost differs to as what is stated? As stated, the shipping cost to Sabah/ Sarawak is RM10 but when I try to proceed with the payment I noticed that the shipping cost is RM11. Please kindly explain. Thank you Reportgo - Answer

Prices as follow:
A. Antique brown paper refill (Small - RM4.99 / Large - RM6.99)
B: Diary Notebook (Small - RM26.98 / Large - RM34.98)
Option A comes with 1 set of paper refill.
Option B comes with 1 set of paper in the notebook itself, and we give another 1 set of paper refill together in this option.
As the price of paper refill is RM4.99, system only allow us to price the diary notebook by + RM21.99 (small) / +RM29.99 (large).
Shipping is RM10 for 1 unit. Additional unit will add on RM1. This is a benefit provided called bundle shipping for lower shipping price. Without bundle shipping provided by us, additional 1 unit will change shipping price to RM20.

Could you kindly go to Product Details of this product and scroll to the bottom? There is a picture with 3 collages image that show how to fill in perfume into the bottle.
a) Remove perfume cap
b) Turn open the spray cap and pour in your perfume into the bottle.
c) Put spray cap and make sure it's turn tightly. Lastly, put on perfume cap.
